Chandler Educational Television (CET) is licensed to the city of Chandler and operates under the authority of the city's Educational Access Governing Board (EAGB). The board is made up of representatives from public educational institutions who have constituencies and students residing in the cities of Chandler and Gilbert.
CET maintains a well-equipped media production and distribution facility which is owned by the Chandler Unified School District. CUSD’s professional media staff maintains and operates CET as directed by the station’s governing board.
